Annual Statistical Return
The Queensland Public Libraries Annual Statistical Return is managed through the Bibliostat Collect service, an online reporting tool that will collate all statistical data submitted during the reference period. Access is via unique userIDs and passwords that have been have supplied to all library managers.
Public Library Outcomes Report
The Public Libraries Outcomes Report is an annual report submitted by Council to the Library Board which details the Council’s compliance with its obligations under the Service Level Agreement. Completion and return of this report, together with the Annual Statistical Return and your library's planning documents will meet all requirements and grant payment will be scheduled quarterly.

Triennial methodology review
Due to the conclusion of this current triennial period (2015-2017) the next review of the Public Library Grant methodology will begin in October this year to ensure a new methodology is in place in a timely manner before the next round of annual reporting is required from public libraries in 2017. This review will include the grant methodology, the VISION 2017 strategic visioning statement and the OPAL Program Framework to ensure alignment across all strategic documents and guidelines.

Annual statistical bulletins
The annual Queensland Public Libraries Statistical Bulletin provides valuable information about Local Government libraries in Queensland. The data provides for state-wide benchmarking across key indicators and can be used for Local Government reports, funding submissions and to benchmark Queensland library services with library services in other states.
