Rural Libraries Queensland (RLQ) is a collaboration between twenty-nine local governments and the State Library of Queensland to provide high quality public library services to rural Queensland.

Residents within RLQ localities can join at their local public library to benefit from a wide range of free services.

Tourist membership is available free to anyone residing or travelling within rural and outback Queensland.
As well as borrowing books, music, audio and video, Tourist Card holders can do an online course, download ebooks, or listen to downloadable music or eaudiobooks while they are driving. Register online.
