Young Peoples Libraries Group (YPLG)

The group is a forum to share information, resources, and learning on programs, projects and services for children and young people in Queensland libraries.

Group meetings provide an opportunity for discussion on issues and trends, in addition to distributing information regarding new and innovative programming and partnerships across library services and external organisations. The group also examines issues regarding young peoples' collections, their access, promotion and preservation; and supports library staff in the advocacy of the value and importance of children and young people’s programming in the wider public library network.

For more information regarding the group see the YPLG Terms of Reference
