Rural Libraries Queensland Manual - Requests - SLQ Public Library Development operates an extensive request system which enables you to draw on more than 300,000 items held in the RLQ network as well as other collections within Queensland and the other states. By making use of this system, you can greatly enhance the service you provide for your readers.

SLQ Public Library Development loans manual for Independent Libraries - This manual has been produced for operational public library staff utilising the services and resources provided by SLQ Public Library Development to Queensland independent local government library services.

State Library Lending Policy - Loans to libraries - State Library is the premier reference library for all Queenslanders. Statewide access to the collections is facilitated through a partnership with a network of public libraries located throughout the state of Queensland. This policy sets out the borrowing arrangements between State Library and these public libraries.

OneSearch catalogue - State Library provides a number of collections (books, magazines, maps, audio-visual material, music scores, etc.) to members of the public in various formats. The general collection covers all areas of human knowledge, and is augmented by the various specialist collections.

Australian Libraries Gateway - Hosted by the National Library of Australia, you can use this tool to locate libraries with Web-based catalogues. Use the 'Find a Library' option and indicate in the advanced search option that you require libraries with a link to an online catalogue.

Libraries Australia provides access via subscription to the national database of material held in Australian libraries. You can search for any item and locate which library in Australia holds it.
