Getting it there

Australia Post should be used to send parcels smaller than three cartons. Please print out and attach the required address from the list above. Use the appropriate postal account number accessible from the authorised post office in your despatch library's town.

Orange satchels, supplied by SLQ Public Library Development, can be used for transferring requests between libraries. An address label can be inserted in the clear plastic window in each satchel.

Sending audio books

At present, audio books with the appropriate labels can be sent via Australia Post free of charge. These labels are included with your bulk loan and are also available in pdf to be printed.

Ensure that you keep these labels for audio books only and return audio books in the same boxes in which you receive them. Please note that each parcel returned using Free Post can weigh no more than 7kg.

Sending exchanges

NQX should be used for consignments over three cartons, typically your exchange.

Please print out and attach a postage label for items being sent through NQX. Pdf label to be printed.
